An analysis of development options to accommodate the expansion of a high technology office and production facility - in two phases - to create a floor area 80% larger than the original. Key considerations are the quality of the work environment, functioning of processes and provision of facilities, company image and adding value. A cost matrix has been prepared which evaluates the different options including reconfiguring the existing, new build and partial new build, and the separation of office and production spaces.
